Senior Business Analysts – 5+ years
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping and stakeholder communications.
- Prior experience in the insurance domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA/Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and create functional specifications.
- Insurance-related experience
