About the Role
This exciting opportunity is perfect for skilled professionals passionate about transformation consulting and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Establish TMO, PMO, or EPMO infrastructure.
🔹 Lead PMO maturity assessment, setup, and operations.
🔹 Design and implement end-to-end portfolio management solutions, including demand management, portfolio prioritization, and financial management.
🔹 Provide consulting services for ERP implementations, program execution, and benefit realization.
🔹 Manage the full RFP (Request for Proposal) process—from creation to execution.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA).
✔ Experience: 7+ years in PMO/EPMO and transformation consulting (mandatory).
✔ Technical Skills: Expertise in MS Office, project management tools (MS Project/Clarity PPM/Primavera), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
✔ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors like Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking, Media, Life Sciences, and Consumer Goods.
✔ Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum, or Agile SAFe (a plus).
✔ Flexibility: Willing to work in US and UK time zones.
