Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Tamil (both oral and written), with Sinhala proficiency being a plus. This role involves crafting engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
Since this position operates on a client-by-client basis, remuneration will be based on the number of clients you manage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
* Create engaging and shareable content, including articles, videos, infographics, and more.
* Implement effective content strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
* Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to develop innovative content ideas.
* Optimize content for SEO and social media platforms to maximize reach and impact.
* Manage and maintain a content calendar for timely publishing.
* Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Tamil (oral and written) is mandatory.
* Proficiency in Sinhala (oral and written) is an added advantage.
* Proven portfolio of content creation (please provide samples or links).
* Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
* Experience in writing, editing, and multimedia content creation.
* Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools, and content marketing tools.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
