 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst

We’re a decade-old IT company looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive smarter, more effective software solutions.

What You’ll Do:

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

- ⁠Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and functional specifications

- ⁠Collaborate with product, development, QA, and UX teams

- ⁠Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities

- ⁠Identify opportunities to improve product performance and user experience

What You’ll Need:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- ⁠Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma

- ⁠Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and detailed user stories

- ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- ⁠A degree in Business, IT, or a related field
