 Analyst/ Senior Analyst – HR Systems


The Role:

- Production support: Provides security support for the Workday platform which includes Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll and Absence, but not limited to researching, and resolving security problems with Workday and/ or issues with business processes plus recommendations of alternate solutions. Troubleshoots any system issues and ensures appropriate parties are involved to resolve issues.


- Functional Support: Leads and supports Workday security change management as well as enhancements, inquiries, errors, and data issues. Assists Workday team members and system users with issues associated with the HR systems by investigating problems and resolving or providing detailed recommendations on resolutions.


- Advanced reporting: Creates reporting to support improvement opportunities as well as security audits.


- Subject matter expert: Participates in projects, advising on Workday security impacts, design, and

implementation.


- Troubleshoots: Analyze security queries and provide working solutions for the project.


The Profile:

- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Aminimumof3-5yearsoftechnicalandoperational knowledge of HRIS systems and applications.

- Experience with Security configuration, implementation, and support on HRIS systems.

- Experience with Workday Security Implementation and Support would be an added advantage.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to work independently or part of a group on assignments and project
