Salary: Rs. 45,000 per month


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Service:

* Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.

* Provide clear and concise information about our treatments and services to patients.

* Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

* Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.

Clinic Support:

* Assist with general clinic organization and administrative tasks.

* Contribute to a positive and welcoming clinic environment.


Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong phone etiquette and customer service experience.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in English and Tamil (Sinhala is a plus).

* Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).

* Diploma/Certificate in Customer Service or related field (preferred).


Holidays:


* Sundays off.

* Most Wednesdays off.
