Course Coordinator - Dehiwela
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for promoting and enrolling students in our various programs.
* This role involves both sales and customer service responsibilities.
* You will conduct student counseling sessions and provide guidance on program selection.
* You will maintain strong relationships with potential and enrolled students.
Ideal Candidate:
* School Leavers are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
* Strong sales and customer service orientation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Residing within a 25km radius of Dehiwala is preferred.
* Weekend work is mandatory.
* Fridays off and another half day per week.
* Only Full-Time Positions Available.
Compensation:
* School Leavers: Starting salary + attractive commission structure (Rs. 25,000+)
* Experienced Professionals: Competitive salary negotiable based on experience and educational background.
